Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the injection molding process and ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including set-up, tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and workflow.Manage raw molding materials to ensure traceability and prevent contamination.Set-up and adjust injection molding machines ranging from 540 tons to 1100 tons.Perform basic mold maintenance.Exercise care to ensure machines are running correctly to avoid costly damages.Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.Accurately record job transactions.Perform other duties as needed.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operation and production.Proficiency in operating and maintaining injection molding machines.Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsSome manufacturing experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a new facility that is clean and well-lit. Please note that it is not air-conditioned, so it can be hot in the summertime. Steel-toed boots and safety glasses are required to ensure safety.
Location
This is a position based out of Lebanon, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
