Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator – Press to join our team in Evendale, OH. This position offers a stable work schedule, with a first shift running from Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. The role is initially a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining press machines, ensuring efficient production processes.
ResponsibilitiesUse work orders to pull correct material.Perform tooling and change overs for machine.Set up and operate press machines.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and work area.Essential SkillsProven experience in press operation.At least 1 year of machine operating experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with machine operation, press brake, press machine, stamping, and stamping press.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience in setting up machines and conducting change overs.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Our facility operates on a first shift schedule, providing a consistent and predictable work routine. The role involves working with press machines and requires adherence to safety protocols to maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Dress code is casual but must include safety gear as required for machine operation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
