**Job Title: Machine Operator** Job Description Operate various pieces of equipment within a food production facility, ensuring efficiency and quality in the packaging process. Responsibilities + Set up machines properly and ensure they are running efficiently. + Monitor the quality and speed of production. + Maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards. + Operate packaging production equipment, including Texwrap, ADCO, and Tiromat. Essential Skills + Proficiency in operating packaging and production machinery. + Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). + Minimum of 2 years of machine operating experience within a manufacturing facility. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 2+ years of food manufacturing machine operator experience. + 2+ years of GMP knowledge. + Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work on the 1st shift from 6 am to 3:30 pm, six days a week, often including Saturdays and occasionally Sundays. Be part of a team of up to 700 employees in a food manufacturing facility. Adhere to strict GMPs, including wearing hair nets, beard nets, and avoiding jewelry. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
