**Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Machine Maintenance Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting breakdowns as they occur on the manufacturing floor. The primary objective is to ensure safety, minimize downtime, and optimize production efficiency. Technicians perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment, ensuring everything operates according to plan. **Responsibilities** + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on machines. + Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on machines and equipment. + Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors. + Collaborate with team members and leads to analyze and solve complex technical repairs. + Calibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance. + Document all maintenance and repairs performed on the manufacturing floor. **Essential Skills** + Experience in industrial maintenance. + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. + Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. + Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems. + Familiarity with reading and understanding technical manuals and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with PLC Troubleshooting - Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley. + Experience with Robotic Troubleshooting - Mottoman or Fanuc. + Knowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DC. + Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values your expertise and supports your growth.
