Job Description
As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting breakdowns on the manufacturing floor. Your primary goals are to prioritize safety, minimize downtime, and optimize production efficiency. You will perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment according to a set schedule, replace or repair defective parts, and document all maintenance and repairs performed.
ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines.Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment.Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors.Collaborate with team members and leads to analyze and solve complex technical repairs.Calibrate and align machinery to ensure performance.Document all maintenance and repairs performed on the floor.Address machine calls and breakdowns 85% of the time and perform predictive maintenance 15% of the time.Essential SkillsExperience in industrial maintenance.Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.Ability to troubleshoot both high and low voltages AC & DC.Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with PLC troubleshooting, particularly Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley.Experience with robotic troubleshooting, particularly Mottoman or Fanuc.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in an extremely clean and organized automotive manufacturing environment. Shifts available include 2nd shift from 2pm to 10:30pm and 3rd shift from 10pm to 6:30am.

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
