Temp-to-Hire position$28.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on production machinery, including:PressesRoll formersConveyorsWeldersCNC or automated equipment Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) on plant equipment and facility systems.Diagnose issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and control systems.Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational interruptions.Accurately document all maintenance activities in logs or CMMS system.Follow all safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.Machine Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or metal production preferred).Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Basic to advanced electrical troubleshooting skills (120v–480v).Ability to read machine schematics and technical documents.Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus.PLC troubleshooting experience is a huge advantage.Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, standing, heat, noise).High school diploma or GED requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
