The Secondary Operator will serve as an essential assistant to the Machine Operators. This role involves loading bar stock into CNC machines, extracting finished parts, assisting with inspections, and deburring or polishing finished parts. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities in packaging and labeling parts. The candidate must be comfortable being on their feet all day and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
ResponsibilitiesAssist Machine Operators by loading bar stock into CNC machines.Remove finished parts from machines.Conduct inspections of parts to ensure quality.Deburr and polish finished parts as necessary.Package and label parts accurately for shipment.Essential SkillsMinimum 6 months of manufacturing or production experience.Experience in production, general labor, or general production.Skills in quality control, assembly, packaging, and inspection.Familiarity with machine operation.Work EnvironmentThe position is for the 2nd shift, working 10-hour days from Monday to Thursday, 4 pm to 2:30 am. The work environment is a fast-paced Precision CNC Job Shop with air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
