Job Title: Machine HandlerJob Description

As a Machine Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for reading and understanding job tickets, managing coils on the uncoiler, and handling both scrap and finished materials efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesRead and understand job tickets.Load coils onto the uncoiler.Unload scrap materials.Unload cuts from uncoiler to turnstile.Set up overarm, excluding oscillators.Cut bands and perform basic housekeeping.Coordinate necessary materials for jobs.Prepare finished coils for packaging.Essential SkillsBasic math skills.Experience as a machine operator.General labor, warehouse, and assembly skills.Experience with drill press and troubleshooting.Loader and forklift operation skills.Mechanical aptitude and overhead crane experience.Material handling expertise.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious material handling experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Overhead crane experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
