Responsibilities Include
Lead medium-scale design projects with budget and quality oversightIndependently solve design challenges and coordinate across disciplinesProduce final plans, specifications, and evaluate construction outcomesServe as Job Captain on single or multi-discipline projectsPrepare and review construction budgets and scopes of workPerform project management and oversee design team tasksDevelop new design approaches and represent the team in client meetingsEstimate total design and construction costsSkills & Qualifications
Associate degree or post-secondary engineering training preferred15+ years as a DesignerExperience in machine design, material handling equipment, conveyors automation and equipment design, ductwork systems, and fabrication weldmentsProficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorksStrong attention to detail and communication skillsValid driver’s license requiredWork Environment
The work environment is dynamic and may require some travel, so a valid driver’s license is necessary.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toledo, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
