Job Title: Machine BuilderResponsibilitiesPosition machine bases and stage sub-assemblies for final assembly.Coordinate machine base placement with department space requirements and scheduling.Position bases according to unit knowledge and blueprint drawings.Use cranes and other devices to move and set materials.Perform final assembly of equipment per engineering drawings.Assemble sub-assemblies using hand tools to build entire machines.Collaborate with engineers to resolve build issues.Troubleshoot newly assembled equipment to identify unforeseen problems.Practice safety measures routinely.Disassemble equipment and load onto trucks.Essential Skills2+ years of machine build or related manufacturing/industrial part building experience.Proficiency in blueprint reading.Experience with forklift and/or crane operation.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrecise measuring abilities.Welding experience.Machine maintenance and repair experience.Why Work Here?

This is a 3 Month Contract position based out of Eagle, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
