**Job Title: Machine Builder** **Job Description** This role involves positioning machine bases and staging sub-assemblies for final assembly. You will coordinate machine base placement with other department space requirements and scheduling. Your expertise in positioning bases according to unit knowledge and blueprint drawings is crucial. The role requires using cranes and other devices to move and set materials, and final assembly of equipment per engineering drawings. You will assemble sub-assemblies using hand tools to build entire machines, conferring with engineers to resolve any issues encountered during the build. Additionally, you will troubleshoot newly assembled equipment at various stages to determine unforeseen problems, routinely practicing safety for yourself and your colleagues.
