About the Role

Join a growing team of skilled professionals building custom, high-performance machines from the ground up. As aMachine Builder, you’ll bring blueprints to life—assembling, wiring, and fine-tuning machines that power industries. This is a hands-on role where craftsmanship meets innovation.

What You’ll DoInterpret and follow detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematicsAssemble and align mechanical and electrical components using hand and power toolsFabricate parts using mills, lathes, saws, and other shop equipmentPerform electrical wiring and troubleshoot mechanical systemsCollaborate with engineering to resolve build issues and improve designsWhat You BringStrong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand/power toolsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsExperience with electrical assembly, hydraulics, pneumatics, and weldingForklift operation experience is a plus2-year technical degree preferred, but not requiredPrior experience in a manufacturing or industrial settingWhy You’ll Love Working HereCompetitive Pay:$20–$28/hr based on experienceOvertime Opportunities:1.5x pay on Saturdays, 2x on SundaysCareer Growth:Training available for skill development and pay increasesLeadership Opportunities:Be part of an expanding facility with room to growGreat Benefits:401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holiday payCompany-provided PPEWork Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31590.00 - $56160.00/yr.

- 7 Days Holiday pay (on contract to hire as well!!)
- 1.5 time on Saturday and double time on Sunday
- Training for pay bumps
