**Now hiring for experienced Machine Builders!** **Job Description** The Machine Builder is responsible for assembling high-quality packaging equipment, troubleshooting issues, reviewing design quality, and ensuring machines are built and tested to meet specifications. Success in this role requires a passion for hands-on assembly, problem-solving, and leading machines. **Responsibilities** + Assemble mechanical and electrical components to engineering specifications. + Verify build quality by checking parts and assemblies against prints. + Test and cycle equipment to identify performance or design issues. + Accurately record part movement and costs in ERP system. + Log issues and follow corrective action workflows. + Maintain tools and work area through routine upkeep and safe practices. + Support knowledge sharing and training of fellow team members. + Assist with machine testing and troubleshooting. + Build trust and maintain positive relationships during on-site visits. + Uphold company values and represent the company professionally. + Demonstrate independence and effective problem-solving in the field. + Lead builds and serve as the main contact for internal support teams. + Maintain schedules and communicate part delays or build challenges. + Participate in status meetings and track open issues. + Perform quality checks and assist with startup, training, and troubleshooting. **Why Work Here?** Join a well-known local company that values its employees and offers great benefits.
