**Job Title: Skilled Trades Workers**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform skilled trade functions including welding, assembly, fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment or components
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical drawings
+ Set up, operate, and maintain hand tools, power tools, and shop or production equipment
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems as applicable to the role
+ Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure equipment reliability
+ Maintain accurate production, maintenance, or quality documentation
+ Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
+ Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
+ Work collaboratively with production teams, engineering, and supervisory staff
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
+ Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or safety initiatives
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
+ Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
+ Welding or fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick, or related processes) _as applicable_
+ Assembly and production experience with attention to quality and detail
+ Troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
+ Knowledge of safety standards and proper PPE usage
+ Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills
**Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, welding, or skilled trades preferred
+ Welding certifications, electrical licenses, or maintenance certifications a plus (based on role)
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, crouching, and climbing
+ Willingness to work overtime, shift schedules, or weekends as required
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, MO.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
