**Machine Assembler - 1st Shift** **6:15 AM - 4:45 PM; Monday - Thursday** We are looking for an experienced Machine Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Green Bay, WI. Experience with basic electrical/mechanical components, as well as manufacturing (actually working on machines not just assembly lines) is preferred. **Job Title:** Machine Assembly / Equipment Assembly **Location:** De Pere, WI **Pay Range:** $20.00 **What’s the Job?** • Follow specific customer orders to assemble machines • Work with a team to ensure plans are followed and machines are assembled properly • Problem-solve with Engineers when continued issues arise • Use time management to follow a strict shipping schedule **What’s Needed?** • Basic mechanical skills. • Experience using electrical and mechanical hand tools. • Basic understanding of plumbing requirements and components preferred. • Basic understanding of electrical requirements and components preferred. • Understand production schedule requirements and adapt to scheduling changes. Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks. • Must have championing attitude regarding quality control and meeting deadlines. • Must believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, and initiative. • Must be observant. Ensure that the function and aesthetics of finished equipment is exceptional.
