Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operator to support our adjuster with machine operations. This role involves managing the flow of envelopes through our machines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining efficient production processes.
Responsibilities
Feed the machine with stacks of paper.Monitor the flow of paper and ink in the machines.Pick up, straighten, and box large stacks of envelopes.Check the quality of envelopes periodically to ensure accuracy.Document quality checks and record data.Assist with the setup and preventative maintenance of machines.Essential Skills
Ability to read a tape measure, including 1/8th and 1/16th of inches.Experience in packing or operating machines, ideally handling multiple products or machines simultaneously.Physical capability to stand, walk, twist, reach overhead, and bend throughout the shift.Mechanical aptitude, ideally with a background in tinkering with cars or home repairs.Strong attention to detail and quality assurance experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanically inclined with experience in production, assembly, or general labor.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
