MAC Project Manager Job ID 226880 Posted 09-Jul-2025 Service line PJM Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Construction, Project Management Location(s) Menlo Park - California - United States of America **About the role** The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for the delivery of Move Add Change (MAC) Projects. The ideal candidate will have experience leading relocation and office move projects, furniture space changes, building decommissioning, building refreshes or remodels with cross functional partners. + Onsite full-time in Menlo Park, CA. **What you’ll do** + Leads and coordinates MAC project efforts, driving projects from planning to closeout through effective schedule management, meeting coordination, onsite support, and regular project updates to leadership. + Demonstrates capability to understand plans, test fits and drawings. + Lead, drive, and coordinate MAC-related project tasks via a client-provided work order system. This includes furniture, small moves, and team/VP room conversions as assigned. + Maintains efficient, timely, and professional communication with our clients, vendors, and peers. + Interact with clients and team to define project requirements. Prepares MAC-related documents, vendor resource requirements, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. + Reporting and Metrics **:** Provide weekly metrics reports, biweekly XFN tracker updates, and reporting. + Leads project delivery XFN team, providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals. + Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings. + Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. + Drives the progress of each project against goals, objectives, validates 3rd party vendor invoices, and timelines. Builds action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. + Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure Client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to resolve impacts on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk. + Implements routines to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. **What you’ll need** + Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) or a combination of education and experience accepted in lieu of degree. + Minimum of four years of experience in a role related to move management and relocation or project management. + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Suite + Effective, efficient, and professional verbal and written communication. + Reliable transportation and availability to work nights and weekend. The minimum salary for this position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $140,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
