**Job Description Summary**
The MAC/Decom Manager role is responsible for space planning, move & decommission management across a designated portion of the client’s portfolio. This includes the management and oversight of occupancy and utilization analysis, support of site strategy solution development, recommendations for executable planning solutions and accurate real estate allocation reporting. In this role, the manager leads a team of professionals responsible for translating business requirements into effective solutions aligned with the client workplace model and real estate strategy.
**Job Description**
+ Lead tactical planning and move teams; oversees space, occupancy, moves and data management services.
+ Responsible for overall client Business Partner relationships. Meet regularly with client leads to evaluate client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
+ Ensure compliance with core program standards - all C&W tools, processes, templates and outputs standardized and customized to the client.
+ Demonstrate proactive solutioning through root cause analysis, solution development, evaluation of options and alternatives and recommendation of the best course of action for projects, processes and overall program operations.
+ Collaborate with facilities, project management and client RE leadership for alignment and day to day operations.
+ Recommends adjustments to processes when misalignment is identified.
+ Makes recommendations to enhance operational efficiency & service delivery. Ability to produce program tools and deliverables which accomplish recommended solutions.
+ Participates in creation and maintenance of playbooks, templates and tools.
+ Coaches the team in providing effective space planning solutions and move management delivery for all project types (Expansions, Relocations, Consolidations, Refreshes).
+ Ability to lead or support development of planning proposals, site assessments for space efficiencies, utilization metrics and supply & demand studies.
+ Ability to lead or support delivery of project activities including relocations, restacks, renovations and consolidations.
**Requirements**
+ Able to travel up 20% during peak times (planned and last minute)
+ Must be open to travel and after hours job requirements
+ Learns new technology easily and uses it to the fullest potential (i.e. is tech savvy)
+ Must have 3-5 years’ experience in one or more of the following: project management, facility management, clinical facility management, move or decommission management, commercial furniture specification
+ Proficient with 3 or more of the following programs: PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Adobe, Sortly inventory management, FAMIS 360 or other workorder system
+ Experience with AutoCAD, Serraview or other CAFM systems, SmartSheet, Microsoft Project or other scheduling software
+ Must have strong public speaking skills, customer service oriented and competent writing proficiencies
+ Must have an associate degree or equivalent work experience

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $75,225.00 - $88,500.00
