MAC Coordinator
**Job Title** MAC Coordinator **Job Description Summary** The primary role of the Move Coordinator is to ensure client satisfaction throughout the move process. This role is highly interactive and requires a strong customer service orientation. **Job Description** + Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key business partners, vendor partners, and MAC Manager. + Coordinate new hire placement. + Manage weekly small (<10) or large (>10) group moves. + Implement move plan in accordance with the approved occupancy plan. + Coordinate with FM team, PDS team, and/or move vendor on installation and reconfiguration of furniture as it pertains to small and large group moves. + Coordinate with MAC Manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scope. + Coordinate pre-move-walkthroughs to ensure spaces are ready to receive occupants. + Keep track of all tasks, schedules, and budgets related to the move. + Ensure all moves are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and adhere to schedules. + Deliver boxes, move labels, post pin ups, and deliver/communicate move instructions. + Coordinate movers and alert security by providing all names for badging. + Submit service tickets to have space cleaned, keys and chairs at desk. + Troubleshoot all lost or misplaced items. + Coordinate pick up of crates and/or boxes. + Be on site for all vendor and customer moves, including nights and weekends when required. + Support change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work style. + Drive to improve client awareness by providing trending analysis for MAC process. + Send out post-move surveys and reports on findings and identify process improvements as appropriate. + Evaluate and provide improvement suggestions for move processes and vendors; identify ways to improve client relationships through the MAC process.
