Job Description Insight Global is seeking a M365 Technical Lead to support a commercial client of ours on a hybrid schedule in Baltimore, MD. This person will serve as both a hands-on technical expert and a team leader - overseeing solution architecture, establishing engineering best practices, and ensuring successful execution against project goals. This individual will lead a team of 3–6 engineers/contractors in a collaborative and easy-going environment. The day to day includes:  • Work with a team to understand business needs and help turn those ideas into useful technology solutions  • Build, improve, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems (CRM/ERP) that the company relies on  • Make sure different systems share information smoothly and accurately  • Fix technical issues and help build new features that improve daily operations  • Guide and support other developers, ensuring everyone follows best practices  • Partner with Product, IT, and Security teams to keep systems reliable, secure, and aligned with company goals Compensation: $120-150k Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise systems architecture, or CRM/ERP development  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development and architecture  • Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow logic and data modeling and expertise in integration patterns, middleware tools, and APIs  • Proven experience designing and delivering system integrations and data flows across enterprise platforms  • Hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, SSRS, and Power BI  • Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Functions and Service Bus  • Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices and working effectively with distributed teams • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications   ○ MB-300, MB-310, MB-330 (Finance & Operations)   • MB-210, MB-230 (Customer Engagement apps)   • MB-500 (developer-level; big plus)   • MB-700 (architect-level; huge plus)   • PL-400 (Power Platform development and integrations)  • Experience with .NET/C#  • PostgreSQL  • AI-generated code familiarity Experience building large-scale distributed systems
