M365 Support Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid Willow Grove, PA (On site 1-2 days/week)

Duration: 3-6+ month contract (Very possible it will extend longer)

The M365 Support Operations Analyst provides frontline support for Microsoft 365 users, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently within established service processes. This role focuses on managing ticket queues, assisting users with Microsoft cloud services, escalating technical issues appropriately, and maintaining high‑quality customer service throughout each interaction.

Required Strong ability to identify when to escalate issues to the appropriate support teams.Hands‑on experience working with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Ability to navigate the M365 admin center and verify licensing, settings, and user configurations.Experience supporting Microsoft Office client applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).Familiarity with configuring and troubleshooting Outlook (desktop and mobile).Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a user‑friendly way.
