Our client is seeking a dedicated M365 Exchange Technician to join their team. As a M365 Exchange Technician, you will be part of the IT Support and Cloud Services department supporting the Modern Workplace initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** M365 Exchange Technician
**Location: Pittsburgh, PA**
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Exchange Online to ensure optimal email system performance.
+ Manage day-to-day mailbox operations and mail flow configurations.
+ Assist with migrations, permissions, and user account setups within the Microsoft 365 environment.
+ Collaborate with senior administrators on project work and new initiatives related to cloud technologies.
+ Develop, document, and implement automation processes for IT application workflows to improve efficiency.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and related cloud services.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
+ Knowledge of email migration processes and user permission management.
+ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with documentation standards and process development for IT environments.
