We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, BI Reporting
Responsibilities:
•Power BI expertise: Data modelling, DAX, Power Query (M), and building dynamic dashboards with drill-down and visual storytelling capabilities.
•Data Management: Strong understanding of data structures, joins, relationships, and ETL processes.
•SAP Proficiency: Experience pulling data from SAP (BW, ECC, or S/4HANA) and understanding how financial or operational data flows through the system.
•Excel/Advanced Analytics: Proficiency in advanced formulas, pivot tables, and potentially exposure to Python, SQL, or Alteryx for data extraction and manipulation.
•Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
•Experience turning raw data into actionable insights, with clear visualization and storytelling.
•Comfort with large datasets and ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
•Business acumen to interpret financial or operational drivers behind the data.
•Detail-oriented and organized with strong documentation habits.
•Clear communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
•Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams and systems

Qualification we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
•Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field
Preferred Skill Set
•Experienced in application crafting, architecting, development and deployment using Qlik or any other BI solution.
•Strong database crafting and SQL skills. Experienced in RDMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle etc.
•Must be efficient in front-end development and know visualization standard methodologies and run client expectations and come up with efficient solutions
•Strong interpersonal skills (verbal/written) to deliver the technical insights and interpret the data reports to the clients. Also helps in understanding and serving to the client’s requirements.
•Experienced in data integration through extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) data from various sources
