(M-F) Production Line Associate
**Job Title: Production Line Associate (M-F)** **Job Description** The Production Line Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of the production line to meet company production, budgetary, quality, safety, and waste objectives. Working under the general supervision of the Production Manager, you will be required to stay fully attentive to your surroundings while maintaining a steady pace on a continually moving production line. You will need to multitask and adapt to various work assignments while keeping your work area clean and following all safety and Good Manufacturing guidelines. Additionally, you will collaborate well with others in a supportive team environment to meet production quality and quantity standards, while reducing waste, rework, and minimizing downtime. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for line set-up, product changeovers, package size changes, and adjustments on line equipment. + Operate processing, filling, and packaging production line equipment. + Perform quality inspections of products and packs, including visual checks of raw materials, consumption, caps, labels, date codes, weights, packaging, and seals. + Monitor work activities of the line team to ensure effective operation of the production line and practice waste control. + Process required inventory control transactions using SAP and accurately complete necessary paperwork. + Perform allergen cleanup and daily housekeeping duties in the work area. + Assist in training employees on the operation of the line's equipment and processes. + Help and develop colleagues around you, showing dependability and care in your work. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and write clearly and effectively. + Strong teamwork capabilities and dependability. + Experience in industrial or production settings. + Proficient in general labor and machine operation. + Attentiveness and ability to stand for 12-hour shifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with warehouse production, loading, warehouse packing, and troubleshooting. **Why Work Here** Enjoy a clean and air-conditioned work environment with great leadership and opportunities for advancement. You must be comfortable with wearing personal protective equipment. Work shifts include: 1st shift (6:30am-3pm), 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm), and 3rd shift (10:30pm-7am), all with breaks and lunch. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
