M&a Analyst
Job Title: M&A Analyst Job Description The M&A team is seeking to add temporary analysts to support a merger. These positions involve handling large data files to load opportunities, quote, and book contracts. The data is sourced from CSI, requiring meticulous attention to detail to validate information and investigate discrepancies. Analysts will coordinate and support integration activities with other team members to ensure deadlines are met. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential for quoting and analysis processes. Responsibilities + Work through large data files to load opportunities and book contracts. + Scrub and validate data integrated from CSI, investigating discrepancies. + Coordinate and support integration activities with other M&A and functional team members to meet deadlines. + Utilize MS Excel for quoting and analysis processes. Essential Skills + Proficiency in data analysis and Excel pivot tables. + Ability to perform x-lookups, filtering, and other basic Excel formulas. + Strong analytical skills to address non-standard processes during acquisitions. + Outstanding organizational skills. + Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail. + Strong interpersonal skills for team communication. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Background in data analytics, finance, or economics. + Numbers-driven mindset and comfort with data formulation. Work Environment Work five days in the office and one day from home, typically Fridays, but flexible except for Mondays. Initially a three-month contract with a high likelihood of extension to six months or longer. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
