Job Title: LVN Nurse ConsultantJob Description

The LVN Nurse Consultant position involves telephonic nursing responsibilities, focusing on patient outreach to ensure adherence to prescribed therapy. The role requires engaging with patients or caregivers, some of whom may reside in nursing homes, and coordinating with charge nurses through inbound and outbound calls.

This position is a desk-based, sit-down job within a mail order pharmacy setting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Initially, the role involves working in the office from Monday to Wednesday and remotely on Thursday and Friday, with potential shifts to a full-time office setting based on executive decisions and performance considerations.
