**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide vital direct patient care, significantly contributing to patient well-being and recovery as an integral part of our compassionate healthcare team.
Every day, you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, perform prescribed treatments, and meticulously document care. You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience.

+ Responsible for admitting, assessing, and performing direct patient care to new patients under the direction of their Registered Nurse/Supervising Nurse.
+ Promotes and participates in patient education and rehabilitation
+ Responsible for cleanliness,organization, and safe use of an assigned work area and equipment, maintaining supplies in a safe and efficient manner. Reporting needed maintenance and repairs.
+ Participates in Departments committees as assigned and contributed to the on-going effort to evaluate and improve the service and programs offered by the department.
+ Review daily resident reports and assignments with the Certified Nurses Assistants (CNA) on their assigned residents.
+ Administers treatments and medication ordered by physician, excluding IV medication and anticoagulants, sees that the therapy is charted. Responsible for starting IV's as needed.
**Job Requirements**
Required
+ One (1) year experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) working with psychiatric patients either in an inpatient or residential setting
+ AHA Basic Life Support - CPR
+ Licensed Vocational Nurse: CA or Psychiatric Tech: CA

**Pay Range**
$31.60 - $39.46 /hour
