**Job Title: Lull Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a Lull Operator to join our team for a project in Milford. This role involves operating a forklift on commercial job sites as part of a wood framing company. In addition to operating the machinery, you will be expected to assist with general labor tasks, including framing, when not actively using the forklift. This position is looking to start as soon as possible. Pay rate will be between $25 - $30 an hour to start off with room to grow. The active job site is in Milford, MA and candidates should expect to travel with the crew after the job finishes. **Responsibilities** + Operate a Lull forklift on commercial job sites efficiently and safely. + Assist with general labor tasks, including framing, when not operating the forklift. + Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications. + Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times. **Essential Skills** + Experience in operating Lull forklifts and heavy equipment on commercial job sites. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Must possess a valid 2A-1C license. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in commercial construction is preferred. + Familiarity with construction site operations and equipment. **Why Work Here?** Join a company at the forefront of evolving framing techniques, specializing in multi-family homes, assisted living buildings, and more.
