Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized LR Process Coach to join our team. This role involves managing information accurately and timely regarding employees, gathering feedback, and interacting within a union environment. You will build strong relationships with various partners and support efforts related to investigations, grievance resolution, and performance management.
Responsibilities
Collect and document employee information accurately and timely.Obtain feedback on missing shifts, updates on expected return dates, and follow-up documentation.Build strong relationships with operations partners, Union representatives, HR colleagues, and other business partners.Support investigations, governmental inquiries, grievance resolution, performance and absence management, complaints, and disciplinary action.Coach and educate salaried operations partners on policies, processes, programs, and strategies.Analyze data and use technology to identify business needs and develop solutions.Manage project management, change management, and organizational development initiatives.Work in a manufacturing environment, including shift work.Handle aspects of hourly employee administration and investigate complaints.Support hourly personnel hiring, personnel relations activities, and health and safety activities.Essential Skills
Strong organizational skills.Comfortable working within a union environment.Experience in a union and Automotive environment.Bachelor's degree.Basic computer literacy, specifically with Excel.Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and computer skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience within an Automotive facility.Recommendations from any Ford Management employee are a huge asset.Thick skin and strong soft skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role requires flexibility with hours and shifts, with some employees working 60-70 hours/week. It is a very fast-paced environment where quick decisions are necessary. The dress code is business casual, suitable for a golf shirt. This is a swing shift position, rotating every 3 months between A, B, and C crew. Supervisors are expected to be present before and after production ends.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
