The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care/Nursing Home and Transitional Care unit regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our welcoming Skilled Nursing Facility in Bunrsville, MN.

Responsibilities:

Provides professional nursing cares and treatmentsMonitors work and performance of unlicensed staffMaintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

Required:

MN LPN licensureAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersBLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice0-1 years of experienceAbility to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines

Preferred:

Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree1-3 years of experienceMS Office, Excel, and WordPoint Click Care knowledge
