Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for NPI and other programs planning, execution and deliveryWorking with cross functional team to deliver the programs on time, on quality and meeting the needs of customer and fulfillmentWorking with the leadership team for the required resources, material and budget planning Identifying and assessing program risks or issues, develops contingency plans, and tracks mitigationEstablishing mechanisms to ensure good communication and execution among all team membersEffectively communicating all aspects of project status to the program core team and the business team.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent.4+ years experience in engineering or project leadership within a manufacturing, development or research environment.Demonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships, including strong influential and communication skills, good team player.Demonstrated understanding/experience with the New Product Introduction cycle and cross-functional interdependencies.Good problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands and technical risks/issuesSelf-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-taskProficiency in English Language

Masters Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)Demonstrated applied 6 Sigma competencyDemonstrated experience with NPI ISO and regulatory compliance process, design history file and collaterals are in place and currentDemonstrated skills in proactively identifying, facilitating and driving closure of a product/programAttention to detail and ability work independently toward timely completionKnowledge of GE Healthcare engineering tools and processes (MyWorkshop, PPM)Knowledge on medical ultrasound products
