Loyalty Project Manager

Job Description

As our Loyalty Project Manager you will play a key role in enhancing customer value, reinforcing brand strength, and driving sales growth through strategic leadership of the  Global loyalty and CRM agenda. You work towards achieving aligned and cross-functional goals, which helps improve omni-channel sales performance across all areas of your work. Your efforts drive customer base growth, increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and directly support the growth and success of the H&M Membership Program.  In close collaboration with the sales team, you support commercial activities, all in accordance with H&M's values, standards, policies, and procedures. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Design and implement global loyalty strategies tailored to diverse markets, ensuring alignment with regional business needs.Lead and project manage a large-scale loyalty initiative, overseeing timelines, budgets, and delivery for measurable impact.Develop multi-channel engagement plans across email, social media, mobile apps, and in-store experiences for consistent customer interaction.Leverage data analytics to uncover customer insights and inform targeted engagement and retention campaigns.Create innovative reward structures that drive repeat purchases, referrals, and social media engagement.Collaborate cross-functionally with regional marketing, product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure program consistency and effectiveness.Influence and align stakeholders across all levels to secure support and drive adoption of loyalty strategies.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with… 

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent relevant education. Proven experience in CRM, loyalty programs, or customer engagement roles, ideally within a retail or consumer-focused environment. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions and geographies, partnering with diverse teams to drive results.Knowledge of analytics software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is valued.Strong understanding of digital technologies and omni-channel strategies, with a forward-thinking approach to tech-enabled ways of working.
