Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns.

About the Role 

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Loyalty & Engagement Intern to support our Membership team in analyzing member behavior, satisfaction, and loyalty drivers. This role focuses on turning member research and data into insights that inform how we engage, retain, and grow our membership base. 

 

What You’ll Do 

Analyze member survey and NPS data to identify loyalty drivers 

Mine and organize large datasets to uncover trends and insights 

Support loyalty and engagement initiatives tied to campaigns and new club openings 

Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Creative, and Operations teams 

Deliver insights and recommendations through a defined summer project 

 

What We’re Looking For 

Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related field 

Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data 

Excel proficiency; experience with research or data mining is a plus 

Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn 

Interest in loyalty, consumer behavior, or membership programs 

Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
