About the Role

As a Low Voltage Technician, you’ll install and service a variety of components including sensors, automatic door operators, electric strikes, mag locks, and card readers. You’ll work with precision, follow detailed installation instructions, and troubleshoot issues on the spot.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall sensors, automatic door operators, electric strikes, mag locks, and card readersRead and follow detailed installation instructionsOperate and understand controls with strong attention to detailUse iPads for navigation, documentation, and system accessTroubleshoot installation and operational issues as they arise

Essential Skills & Requirements2+ years of experience as an electrician specializing in low voltage, door wiring, and controlsProficiency with power tools and safe operating practicesValid driver’s license and reliable transportationBasic toolset required for installation tasksAbility to read and execute installation instructions accuratelyStrict adherence to PPE, including:Hard hat6-inch steel‑toed bootsHigh‑visibility clothingGlovesClear safety glassesHard‑hat lanyard

Additional QualificationsExperience with hand tools, construction, and power toolsFamiliarity with blueprint reading and installation processesKnowledge of control systems
