Direct placement opportunity in the Fire Alarm Department. Pay ranges $35-38 **Duties:** (May vary depending on experience) + Must have previous BDA experience + Must have pervious area rescue experience + Must be able to oversee 4 other fire alarm techs + Installation and service of Fire Alarm Systems. + Perform multiple tasks as instructed by supervisor/PM. + Perform all duties required to successfully complete projects within estimate and according to specifications + Respond to service requests, diagnose system malfunctions of fire alarms and adjust, repair or replace equipment as needed to bring into compliance; + Read blueprints and drawings; + Communicate effectively with team and contractors/customers. + Advanced coordination with job requirements and other trades. + Fill out requirement documentation in a timely manner. + Coordination of material ordering and scheduling. + Prepare job in a timely manner to pass inspections. + Enforcement of company policy. **Requirements** + Being NICET certified is a MUST HAVE + Have previous experience installing or servicing Fire Alarm Systems. + Being able to work independently as well as be a team player. + Being responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, well-organized and able to work with minimal supervision. + Having exceptional customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers. + Having ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Having the Interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with diverse groups. + Having the planning, organizing and implementing skills, which allow the successful completion of a project by a specific due date. + Being able to work overtime as required. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
