A leading construction company in Omaha is looking for Low Voltage Electricians to join the team and assist with installing and testing audio/video, paging, and data cabling systems. The company is looking for electricians to start right away, so we will provide a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible!
Responsibilities:
Pull cables through floors, walls, and ductworkDress, label, and terminate cables including CAT5, CAT6, fiber, coax, AV wire, fire alarm, and security/access controlInstall and terminate racks, cable trays, patch panels, cabinets, MDF/IDF, and workstation outletsApply firestopping and test electrical systems for proper operationPerform general labor duties such as cleaning up and moving materialsSkills:
Low Voltage Cable PullingElectrical Wiring and Conduit BendingBlueprint and Schematic ReadingAV, Fire Alarm, and Security System InstallationExperience in Building Automation is a plus but not requiredAdditional Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in low voltage environmentsExperience with access control, CCTV, and building automation is a bonusStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel occasionally for out-of-town projectsExperience Level: Intermediate–Expert Level
Location: Omaha, NE (100% field-based with occasional travel)
Pay / Shift:
Pay is depending on experience
Mon–Friday: 7am–4pm (optional Saturdays)
