Loss Adjusters (Bali-based)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Loss Adjuster to join our team in Bali, who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, problem solving skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to be flexible to respond to our clients needs. The candidates who are also able to communicate in other languages, such as Chinese, Japanese is an advantage but not required.

Training will be provided in respect of basic insurance principle and report writing towards this role. Continuous Professional Development, including industry specific examinations, will be encouraged by the employer.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist in investigating and assessing insurance claims.

·         Collect and review documentation, photographs, and evidence related to claims.

·         Prepare clear and concise reports under supervision.

·         Communicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders professionally.

·         Claim negotiations and settlement processes.

 

Requirements

1 - 3 years’ experience in legal department or claim in Insurance company or existing loss adjusters 

Education:

Bachelor degree with Law Background

Skills:

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

·         Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
