As a Security Manager Associate in the Global Security Team, you ensure the safety and security of our London campus buildings. You will work with us to protect our people and assets, manage security operations, and respond to emergencies. Together, we create a secure environment where everyone can focus on what matters most. You will collaborate with colleagues across the business and have the opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive team.

Job ResponsibilitiesManage the security vendor team, including training and performance checksDevelop and maintain building-specific security plans and staff trainingFacilitate safe evacuation and post-evacuation security of premisesOversee visitor and contractor management, including risk and access controlAnalyze security needs and update procedures for protection of people and propertyAssist with implementing new security measures and safety systemsConduct staff training in incident management and building safetyCoordinate security for internal and external events with relevant teamsCollaborate with business partners to ensure effective crisis management policiesLead security briefings, debriefings, and after-action reportingPrepare reports and conduct site-specific security surveys as requiredRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience in emergency response, operations, or crisis managementKnowledge of physical and technical security systems, including access control and CCTVIncident management and escalation experienceManagement experience with large-scale security guarding contractsExperience in executive protection or event security proceduresAbility to conduct site risk assessments and security evaluationsProficiency in Microsoft applicationsExperience with risk and controls, data privacy programs, and process improvementAbility to handle confidential, personal, and sensitive informationStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesPrevious experience in a corporate security roleFamiliarity with security operations in large office buildingsExperience collaborating with law enforcement or partner agenciesKnowledge of business resiliency and disaster management policiesExperience in project management or working groupsAbility to develop and maintain strong working relationships
