Maintain tactical communication and account management with external carriers and vendorsPull and analyze data from Excel, Access, SQL, and other systems for ad hoc reportingReview appointment and arrival data to identify trends and drive process improvementsCreate written narratives and present findings in review forumsEscalate issues and ensure resolution follow-throughDevelop and monitor performance metricsCollaborate with tech teams to scope business and functional requirements
