WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Team Leader at our new Distribution Center (DC) in Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region, Czechia, you will lead a high-performing team to ensure daily operational excellence.
Our state-of-the-art facility, spanning nearly 250,000 sqm and set to open in the second half of 2026, will be the largest and most highly automated DC in our global network. Your key responsibilities will be:
Provide leadership, direction, and organization for your team within the department, while actively monitoring and enhancing productivityGuide, mentor, and empower your team to achieve high performance and continuous growth, while ensuring streamlined, cost-effective operationsSupport the Department Manager in driving operational excellence, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivityDrive process improvements and maintain operational standardsUphold compliance with safety, HR, and governance policiesBy joining us during the pre-opening phase, you will play a key role in leading the testing phase and supporting a successful launch of the Distribution Center. Your pre-opening Key Responsibilities (until Go Live) will be:
Participate on the operational testing phase of warehouse processesContribute to systems, workflows, and equipment testing for functionality and efficiencyIdentify and report issues, risks, or improvement areas during testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on testing goals and timelinesSupport training and readiness of team members for go-live operationsDocument testing outcomes and contribute to launch planningWHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
