**Job Title: Logistics Support Specialist (6 Week Contract)** **Job Description** The Logistics Support Specialist role is akin to that of a Material Handler. This position involves the intake, documentation, and processing of inventory. Candidates must possess some experience in inventory counting and will likely need to log data on a computer. **Responsibilities** + Intake and process materials efficiently. + Accurately document inventory and maintain inventory counts. + Utilize hand and power tools for material handling. + Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary. + Conduct general production and mechanical tasks. + Ensure quality assurance in all processes. + Troubleshoot and perform installation and maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience with general production and heavy lifting. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Mechanically inclined with experience in material handling. + Familiarity with inventory management and computer data logging. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in carpentry, industrial repair, or assembly. + Ability to read blueprints and perform troubleshooting. + Experience with installation and maintenance as a technician. + Physical labor experience, particularly in a warehouse setting. **Why Work Here?** Employees have the opportunity to be selected for a travel team, providing exposure to Amazon sites.
