**Job Title: Logistics Supervisor**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to oversee and execute all aspects of shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and accurate movement of materials and finished goods across domestic and international channels, including Canada and Mexico. The ideal candidate will be technically competent, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong cross-functional partnerships across departments.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise inbound and outbound logistics operations, including documentation, carrier coordination, and compliance.
+ Oversee a team of 2–4 hourly logistics staff; provide training, leadership, and performance feedback.
+ Ensure all shipments include accurate legal documentation such as packing slips and commercial invoices.
+ Coordinate with fabrication and assembly teams to align material flow and shipping schedules.
+ Utilize IFS ERP system to manage logistics workflows and maintain traceability.
+ Organize warehouse inventory and ensure products are stored in designated areas.
+ Maintain communication with carriers and freight forwarders; manage a variety of shipping methods including FedEx and full truckload.
+ Monitor and improve logistics KPIs, reduce transportation costs, and enhance service levels.
+ Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and quality standards.
+ Participate in daily shop floor activities and occasional meetings; 100% presence on the floor is expected.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as missing documentation or traceability gaps.
+ Support customer service and supply chain planning functions as needed.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency with ERP systems (IFS preferred).
+ Strong understanding of international and domestic shipping regulations.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle delicate/fragile materials.
+ Spanish-speaking ability is highly preferred.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
