Make It Possible.** You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management. **How you will contribute** **Your main responsibilities:** + Monitor warehousing operations and various interfaces with third party logistics providers + Manage third party logistics providers and overall warehousing operations, including service quality monitoring and daily issue management + Manage correct and timely stock booking, booking of damages, returns and shortages, stock reconciliation in assigned warehouses (distribution and bonded if needed), change inventory locations and statuses + Monitor labelling and copacking activities + Monitor Inbound and Outbound transportation + Check and track CS&L costs and invoices, and coordinate accounting - supplier relations + Manage correct import/export activities of finished goods and POSM in EAM + Deliver and report CS&L KPI’s + Maintain, create and own various reports + Support local and regional projects, productivity programs, best practice projects, etc. + Support Quality / Health & Safety teams **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Advanced knowledge of warehousing processes and functionalities + Basic knowledge of transportation processes + Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; PC literacy + Learning agility + Analytical thinking and problem solving + Accuracy and reliability + University degree in technical or organizational sciences, traffic engineering or similar + Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar job and ideally exposure to the FMCG industry + Fluent in written and spoken English and Serbian Use this opportunity to join our team.
