Logistics Specialist

Location: Tulsa

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will maintain inventory, manage the receipt and disbursement of materials, and ensure efficient operations by replenishing manufacturing cells and press lines with necessary components.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory and assist with annual physical inventoryReceive, record, and distribute materials and supplies accuratelyRefill press lines with steel and copper coils based on planning requirementsReplenish manufacturing cells with connections, plated rings, bolts, packing material, and other partsConduct weekly cycle counts and investigate variancesIdentify and resolve storage issues to support current and future growthPerform routine equipment servicing and safety checksFollow established procedures and contribute to Lean process improvements

Essential Skills

Material handling and inventory management experienceProficiency with RF scanners for loading and unloadingLogistics and data entry skillsFamiliarity with SAP softwareAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GEDExperience in a manufacturing environmentBasic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

Work Environment

Climate-controlled facility with two shifts available:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM (with shift differential)Training may occur on 1st or 2nd shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
