**Our client, a global leader in chemical manufacturing, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their team.** As a Logistics Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Logistics and Manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment—all of which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Logistics Specialist
**Location:** Round Rock TX 78665 United States
**Pay Range:** $22/hr
**Shift:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**What’s the Job?**
+ Perform accurate inventory control including cycle counts, material receipts, and discrepancy resolution.
+ Receive, inspect, tag, and store incoming materials while maintaining compliance with company standards.
+ Issue and deliver inventory/consumables to end users and process stock returns (RMA).
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international regulations for storage and shipment of materials.
+ Support process documentation, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to cross-functional teamwork.
**What’s Needed?**
+ High School Diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
+ Prior experience in logistics, inventory management, or material handling (MACOLA preferred).
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 75% of the workday.
+ Strong computer skills and basic math skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Effective verbal and written communication, with a team-oriented mindset.
