**Job Title: Logistics Specialist** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient inventory management, compliance with FIFO standards, and seamless operations throughout the production and shipping processes. Responsibilities + Partner with Team Leaders and Members to ensure accurate FIFO and shelf-life compliance, perform cycle counts, and conduct inventory investigations. + Create packaging inserts specific to assembly line requirements and pack finished goods for shipping. + Support production by storing parts, cleaning, making kits, and boxing finished goods. + Create and load shipments of finished goods according to sales order requirements. + Prepare export documents following established procedures and guidelines. + Receive goods and transfer items within the MRP system. + Follow and maintain standard operating procedures. + Maintain effective communication with all operators. + Ensure workstations and equipment are clean and functional. Essential Skills + Forklift operation and certification. + 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. + Self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to multi-task, work independently, and make decisions. + Ability to differentiate colors and use basic hand tools. + Willingness to learn production/quality standards, assembly procedures, inventory control, and warehouse procedures. + Ability to operate scanner guns. + Experience operating various types of forklifts including stand-up, picker, and turret.
