Logistics Specialist
Job Title: Logistics SpecialistPosition Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to support global inventory and shipping operations. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient movement numerous products worldwide, while maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in international logistics, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support all aspects of inventory and purchase order systems.Track inventory locations and forecast future order needs using Excel.Coordinate international shipments to expand global access to hearing aids.Plan inventory levels to meet the foundation’s demand.Assist with packing and preparing shipments, including lifting boxes up to 20 pounds.Provide administrative support to the Vice President as needed.Required Skills & QualificationsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Ability to lift and handle packages up to 20 pounds.1–2 years of experience in logistics, procurement administration, or purchase order management.Familiarity with international shipping procedures.Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams across countries.previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.Work EnvironmentHybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.Office located on a vibrant campus with access to a café and other amenities.Located in Eden Prairie

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $24.00/hr.
