Position Overview

Job Title: Transportation Carrier Specialist

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Work Location: Nashville, TN

Shift Schedule: Shifts vary Sunday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate on programs, metrics, reports, and dashboards to support business decisionsIdentify and resolve escalations within carrier networkPull and analyze data using Excel, Access, and SQLOperate within SIM queues to address driver and carrier issuesCommunicate effectively via Slack (internal) and email (external)

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

SIM ticket resolutionParking and routing accuracyCarrier communications and overall performance

Requirements & Skills Must-Haves:

1–3 years' experience in ticketing, transportation, customer serviceEntry-level proficiency with Excel and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and problem-solving skillsOperational focus (no phone work required)High school diploma

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with logistics, SIM, intermodal, carrier management, supply chainData analysis and customer service exposureFlexibility in work schedule

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
