We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Logistics Specialists to support the management of daily freight movements across our North American distribution network. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain ongoing tactical communication and account management with external partners, including carriers and vendors.Extract and analyze data from various systems (e.g., Excel, Access, SQL) to support ad hoc reporting and decision-making.Review appointment and arrival data to identify trends and drive process improvements.Communicate findings effectively through written narratives and presentations, highlighting performance against goals.Operate within tight timeframes to meet critical business needs while tracking and evaluating operational activities.Lead initiatives to optimize business processes and eliminate inefficiencies across transportation operations.Escalate issues and data variances to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.Develop and monitor performance metrics to drive operational success.Collaborate with technical teams to define business and functional requirements for system enhancements.Interpret data trends to make informed business decisions that support operational goals.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
