You’ll prioritise workflow, monitor KPIs, maintain accurate documentation, and support a high‑performing team through strong coordination, coaching, and driving compliance. **What you will do** As a **Production Manager,** you are accountable for, but not limited to: + Promote a safe, high‑performing workplace byidentifyingrisks, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement through Lean practices, RCCA, and PID tools. + Plan and prioritise daily operations, adjusting staffing, monitoring KPIs, and improving performance across the section. + Maintainaccuratedocumentation and reporting for processes, tooling, performance, and inventory, ensuring full safety and quality compliance. + Lead and support a team oflogisticsoperatives, coordinating daily tasks, providingcoachingand training, and fostering a collaborative, improvement‑focused culture. **NB.
